Subscription Policy

Thank you for subscribing to Joyfull. This Subscription Policy outlines how our subscription service operates, including billing, renewals, cancellations, and delivery timeframes.
By purchasing a Joyfull subscription, you agree to the terms below.
Subscription Options
Monthly Subscription
The Monthly Subscription provides one Joyfull delivery each month and automatically renews until cancelled.
Your nominated payment method will be charged on a recurring monthly basis until your subscription is cancelled.
3 Month Subscription
The 3 Month Subscription includes three Joyfull deliveries and is paid in full at the time of purchase.
This subscription does not automatically renew.
Annual Subscription
The Annual Subscription includes twelve Joyfull deliveries and is paid in full at the time of purchase.
At the end of the twelve-month subscription period, the subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
Monthly Editions & Cut-Off Dates
Joyfull releases a new themed journal edition each month.
Subscriptions purchased on or before midnight (AEST) on the 20th of the month will receive the following month's edition as their first delivery.
Subscriptions purchased after the 20th of the month will begin with the edition released in the month after next.
For example:

Subscribe on or before 20 July → receive the August edition as your first delivery.

Subscribe after 20 July → receive the September edition as your first delivery.
Billing & Payments
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Payments are processed securely through our approved payment providers.
For Monthly Subscriptions, your first payment is charged at the time of purchase.
Future subscription payments are automatically charged monthly on or around the same calendar date that you originally subscribed.
For example:

Subscribe on 10 July → future payments are charged on or around the 10th of each month.

Subscribe on 18 July → future payments are charged on or around the 18th of each month.
For Annual Subscriptions, renewal payments will be automatically charged annually unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain current and valid.
If a payment cannot be processed, we may attempt to process the payment again or suspend future deliveries until payment is successfully received.
Cancellations
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your customer account portal or by contacting us.
When a subscription is cancelled, no future payments will be taken.
Any Joyfull edition associated with your most recent successful payment will still be delivered and will be your final delivery.
For example, if your most recent payment entitled you to receive the August edition, you will still receive the August edition even if you cancel before it is shipped.
3 Month Subscriptions are prepaid and do not automatically renew. These subscriptions cannot be cancelled once purchased.
Annual Subscriptions may be cancelled before the next annual renewal date to prevent future renewal charges. Any remaining prepaid deliveries included within the purchased subscription term will continue to be delivered.
Subscription Changes
We may occasionally update pricing, delivery schedules, subscription inclusions, or other aspects of the service.
Where appropriate, subscribers will be notified in advance of any significant changes.
Product Variations
Each Joyfull edition is unique and may differ in theme, activities, artwork, colours, and included items.
Product images shown on our website are examples only and may not exactly reflect future editions.
