Subscribe by the 20th of the month and you will receive your first Joyfull delivery early the following month. Your journal is lovingly packed and posted in the first week of the month and typically arrives within 2-8 business days, depending on your location.

Examples:

Subscribe on the 10th August, receive your first journal in early September.

Subscribe on the 20th August, receive your first delivery in early September.

Subscribe on the 23rd August, receive your first delivery in early October.

Yes - Monthly Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled anytime through your customer portal. If Annual Subscriptions are cancelled, they will cease at the end of the subscription term and will not renew. 3 Month Subscriptions are fixed and pre-paid for three months. They will not automatically renew and can't be cancelled.

Yes - you can easily do this in your customer portal. It will pause payments and their corresponding deliveries until you resume. Note: If your most recent payment corresponds to an upcoming delivery, you will still receive the upcoming delivery and will pause for the next one.

Your subscription will roll over to the following month’s delivery. Eg. Subscribe on the 25th August, you will receive your first delivery in early October.

Yes! Australia-wide shipping is included in your subscription price.

Yes! If you would like to have each delivery addressed to your child, please change the shipping address to their name at checkout. You can also do this after purchasing in your subscription portal by changing the shipping address.

If you have two or more children subscribing, we recommend doing seperate checkouts so that they can have their own personalised delivery each.

With your support they can still complete all of the activities. You can read the prompts for them and write the answers that they tell you. There are also many activities that don't require writing and can be enjoyed by all children.

While siblings are welcome to enjoy the activities together, each journal is designed to be completed, personalised and kept by one child. For this reason, it is ideal to choose one subscription per child.

Yes! Each month will have a new theme with different creative activities to go with that theme. Each month also includes a different affirmation card to collect and a different meditation card to add to their collection as well as a sticker to suit the theme.

Yes — our 3 month subscription option makes a beautiful gift experience for little ones or you can gift a monthly or annual subscription too. Just put the recipient's details in the shipping information at checkout instead of your own and we will send it directly to them. We also have a cute free printable that you can give to them inside a card to let them know that something special is on the way for them. You can download this here.
