At Joyfull, each monthly edition is carefully planned, printed, packed, and prepared in advance. For this reason, we maintain the following refund policy.
By purchasing a Joyfull subscription or product, you agree to the terms below.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind.
Please ensure you carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
Subscription Payments
Once a subscription payment has been successfully processed, that payment is considered final and non-refundable.
If you choose to cancel your subscription, no future payments will be charged. However, any Joyfull edition associated with your most recent successful payment will still be delivered and will be your final delivery.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incomplete Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement item, replacement shipment, store credit, or another appropriate solution.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product has a major fault or does not meet consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.
